Professionalism is the property which creates a dedication and commitment to the one’s purpose of life; or better to say which designs a dedicated behavior towards higher purposes of one’s existence. Professionalism is a set of attitude which requires to prove one’s passion under a desired state or under a designed set.

Profession is an act of declaration of one’s knowledge, purpose and quality to any subject or event, which enhances one’s own integrity, purpose of existence, eternal prosperity and satisfaction; which re-defines one’s purpose of life in an unbiased manner. Profession is act which is able to prove the passion and ability of a person under any specific design. The profession is a set required to prove the passion of an individual.

What is false professionalism?

A professional attitude, which must not be guided by any clearly-defined principle, dedication or commitment towards the event or job designed for that particular individual. False professionalism can be confused with occupation, which is not at all fall in the same group of the professionalism.

False professionalism can be witnessed as resistance, dominating attitude, show-of mentality, camouflaging attitude, blaming attitude and lack of dedication.

False professionalism is not concentrating about the quality of work, enrichment and quality of their own and productivity of the self and the organization.
